Orient Heights

Phase one of Overlook Terrace at Orient Heights included the demolition of 5 existing buildings and the construction of 120 units in 5 new buildings. 

Phase two of the project involved the demolition of four existing buildings and the construction of 88 units in four new buildings.  The new buildings consisted of town house and midrise type structures.

Suffolk Construction awarded Cavalieri with the earthwork package for both phases.  The work included bulk earth moving, foundation excavation, parking lots, roadway reconstruction, water, sewer, drain, electric and telecom utilities.  Cavalieri performed complete roadway reconstruction at Vallar Road including full depth reconstruction, sidewalks, curbing and utilities directly for the project owner, Trinity Financial, as part of phase two.  

The third and final phase of the project is slated to begin early in 2021.  Cavalieri is apparent low bidder for the phase three Trinity Financial roadway project valued at $3 million dollars, and is currently bidding on the phase three housing project for Dimeo Construction.
