IDB Lab Conversion – Cavalieri Construction Company

Cavalieri was tasked with the following for this project:

Relocation of existing 16″ water main., including laterals and temporary bypass. The water line relocation was performed in a manner to maintain service to the active cruise terminal, numerous food processing facilities, and One Design Center.
Instillation of electrical duck banks including vaults, conduit with concrete encasement, formwork, as well as placement of concrete transformer and switch gear pads.
Excavation and cofferdam SOE for the installation of a 20,000-gallon underground fuel tank
installation of new sewer services and structures
Interior plumbing excavation which involved tunneling and shoring under the existing building structural slab on grade
Vehicle and pedestrian control to maintain an active cruise port during construction
roadway and sidewalk restoration

This project was completed safely and on schedule with the efforts of our team and subcontractor team.
