The MLK School, in Cambridge Massachusetts was a 190,000 sf, $80 million dollar ground up project.
Rich-Caulfield MLK Venture awarded Cavalieri the earthwork on this project.
The scope consisted of 65 geothermal wells, new building with underground parking, soldier beam and lagging earth support, dewatering, management of contaminated materials, parking lot, curbing, utilities, athletic field and play areas.
Cavalieri Construction ensured this project was successful with minimal impact to surrounding residential neighborhoods by providing traffic management, ensuring cleanliness and by always being consideration to the needs of abutters.
